I have had masala papad before. But this one was different.

Roasted Papad, topped with a spicey mix of onions and chillies fried in oil, cucumber and coriander leaves.

It  was so spicy that I had to gulp it down with a pint of beer.

Pork sausages is something I have been eating since my childhood days. 

But the way this dish was prepared was just plain and simple but still appealing to my taste buds. The sausages were fried in shallow oil and served. 

The taste . Oh la laa.
