On our way back from Colva Beach, I noticed this man sitting next to the pond with his traditional fishing stick. Waiting for a good catch.

Hope he gets a good catch. Patience and sharpness are virtue here. I guess Fish is the main course for dinner tonight :)

Rice Farming.

On my way to Colva Beach, I saw a number of people sowing pre-germinated rice seeds in the fields. As a child I used to accompany my Mom during our summer holidays in the fields. Working in fields is a tough job.  

Look at this picture, it consists of a land that is tilled, another where pre-germinated seeds are sown by women and the third where the sown seeds have taken a stand.
