As we were travelling on the tiny roads in Goa, I noticed this statue of a soldier saluting me. The statue is placed atop the roof of the house.
I did do a google search to find out the history behind it, no luck. Wondering what it means. Maybe something related to Portuguese. As the ruled over Goa. The next time I am in Goa, I will knock on the door of this house, to find out the history of the same.
